Dear All,

(1)    FINAL LEG – SODNAC WELLNESS PARK, CANDOS – (22.8.20) – FINAL START LIST

Please find  the Final Start List for the Final Leg  @ Sodnac Wellness Park, CANDOS – Saturday 22^nd August 2020 – sorted (i) By Bibs, (ii) by Categories and (iii) By Clubs.

It is your responsibility to check and report any discrepancies by Thursday 20^th August 2020 at Noon.

Please note that no new entries is possible at this stage – Only corrections in entries will be entertained.

(2)    COLLECTION OF BIBS & PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATES

Kindly note that Bibs & Participation Certificates will be distributed to Club Officers on Saturday 22.8.2020 at 7.45 am the Technical Information Centre (TIC) on the Competition Site. Please ensure that you come well before the start of the races for collection.

(3)    RETURN OF BIBS

Bibs will have to be returned immediately after the respective Races at the Vital Bottled Distribution Station. (Returned Bib against a Vital Bottled Water).

Please note that unreturned/lost bibs will be charged Rs 100/- per bib to their respective Club.

(4)    VICTORY CEREMONY & PRIZE LIST

Victory Ceremony for Individual & Teams for the League & Championships will be distributed immediately after each event. Team Leaders must ensure that their athletes are present at the Protocol accordingly.

You are notified that the Victory Ceremony will be held even if an Athlete or Team is not present at the protocol at the time of presentation of prizes.

Please find the list of Prizes  for your kind attention.
