We are pleased to confirm that the Inter Clubs Relay Championships will take place on Saturday 20 December 2014 at Maryse Justin Stadium in the following categories:

Colts – Benjamins – Minims – Cadets and Juniors/Seniors.

You have in attachment the scheduled programme, the regulations and Entry Forms that you have to return to this office by 15 December 2014 at latest.

Rules : Inter Clubs Relay Championships

DATE:                          Saturday 20 December 2014

VENUE:                       Maryse Justin Stadium, Reduit

TIME:                           From 09.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs

AGE GROUPS:             Colts, Benjamins, Minims, Cadets, Juniors / Seniors for both men

and women

EVENTS:

Colts:                       4 x 50m, 4 x 100m

Benjamins:                4 x 50m, 4 x 100m

Minims:                     4 x 50m, 4 x 100m

Cadets:                       4 x 100m and Medley Relay

Juniors/Seniors:       4 x 100m and 4 x 400m

PRIZES:                        To be awarded to the first 3 teams of each event.

ENTRIES:                     Clubs may enter a maximum of 3 teams in each relay

All entry forms must reach the MAA Office by Monday 15 December 2014 at latest. The Entry Forms are enclosed.

REFRESHMENTS :       Clubs will have to do the needful for the meals and drinks of their athletes on that day.
