Each Zone will comprise of the following Athletics Clubs
ZONE 1:

U 10: 4 X 50 M – Boys & 4 X 50 M – Girls
U 12: 4 X 50 M – Boys & 4 X 50 M – Girls
U 14: 4 X 100 M – Boys & 4 X 100 M – Girls
U 16: 4 X 100 M – Boys & 4 X 100 M – Girls
U 18: Medley Relay – Boys & Medley Relay – Girls
U 20: Mixed Relay – 2 Men & 2 Women
Seniors: Mixed Relay – 2 Men & 2 Women
Each Club may be represented by a maximum of 2 teams in any of the events on the programme. Athletes are not allowed to form part of 2 or more different Age Group Categories of their club.
In the Zonal Inter Clubs Relay Festival, Clubs may enter non-MAA Licence holders.
All teams with a maximum of 5 runners each are to be confirmed by 08 October at latest as per attached form.
Medals will be awarded to the first 3 teams of each gender of each Age Group Event.
All transport facilities will be arranged by Claude Duval after the Final Confirmations

ATOA will provide the following to each Zonal Organization:
10. CATERING OR PAINS FOURRES
Each Club will have to provide to the athletes and coaches: Pains fourrés or lunch Box.
The MAA will give to each participant one litre of water and to each Technical Official and volunteer one Liter of water and a Pain Fourré.
