U16 National Championships & 2022 Vital Cross Country League

Dear All,

1.    U16 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Following the withdrawal of some confirmed athletes for DAY 2 of the above-mentioned championships, we have amended the scheduled programme that you have in attachment .  The 1500 M S/C for both boys and girls have been removed as only 1 boy was on the list.

As the temperature is about 12^o in the morning, we will start the session on Saturday at 10.00 hrs.  

2.    VITAL CROSS COUNTRY LEAGUE

You are kindly reminded that you have to do the needful  to apply or to renew the licence of your participants for the 2022 VITAL Cross Country League.  This is a very IMPORTANT NOTICE.
