25th VITAL CROSS COUNTRY LEAGUE 2024

Dear friends,

Kindly note that the Leg 5 of the Vital Cross Country League has been moved forward / advanced to Saturday 23^rd March 2024 to avoid clashing with Easter festivities the following weekend.

Consequently, please find attached the modified Vital Cross 2024 – Rules.

Please note that due to Cyclone Belal, MAA will be sending the Vital Cross County e-Participation Forms on Friday 26^th January 2024, so as to enable Clubs complete the Licence formalities for 2024. You are again reminded that only Licenced Athletes for 2024 can participate in the Vital Cross 2024.
